We have held an annual creative contest to HELP

break the Stigma around Mental Health issues among youth. ​

Because life can be hard: grades, body image, loneliness, priorities, the issues can pile up. 

Mental health challenges are part of what it means to be human, but when

1 in 5 teenagers struggle with mental health, you know it's time to speak up!
